    Made from natural slaked lime and marble dust: a mineral finish with authentic depth, not a synthetic imitation.

MABCalce Venetian rewards a careful hand. For the best result, please follow these guidelines.

  1. Qualified applicators

    Application should be carried out by trained, qualified applicators experienced in Venetian plaster techniques.

  2. Surface preparation

    Apply only on clean, sound, properly prepared and primed surfaces, free of dust, grease and loose material.

  3. Thin coats

    Apply in thin coats, building up gradually to the required thickness: never in one heavy layer.

  4. Generally three coats

    A typical finish consists of three coats, each trowelled and burnished to develop the characteristic depth and sheen.
